CARCD’s Ag & Watershed Program is committed to building a resilient and diverse workforce in the field of agricultural technical assistance. In Partnership with CSU Chico’s Center for Regenerative Agriculture and Resilient Systems (CRARS), CARCD offers full scholarships for their TAP Certification program, bringing beginning TAPs access to education on XYZ and preparing them for NRCS certification.
