"There shall also be a Policy Committee, which is responsible for prioritizing and managing all legislative and CARCD policy issues that may affect RCDs, including but not limited to reviewing and making recommendations on proposed resolutions or protests at the annual meeting. Members of the Policy Committee include one person from each issue committee, a CARCD board member, a CARCD executive committee member, and 5 at-large members, appointed with CARCD board approval for a total of 14 members. The President shall appoint the Policy Committee Chair. CARCD’s legislative consultant shall be an ex-officio member of the Policy Committee." - CARCD Bylaws
