The Land and Soils Committee currently consists of four members: Nancy Humenik-Sappington of Inland Empire Resource Conservation District, Steve Haze of Tranquillity Resource Conservation District, Ryan Hansen of San Joaquin Resource Conservation District, Phil Balmat of San Joaquin Resource Conservation District, and Richard Rodriguez of San Joaquin Resource Conservation District.
