In operation for nearly 75 years, the California Association of Resource Conservation District's organizational structure consists of a member volunteer Board of Directors, elected from CARCD’s membership, who provide guidance to CARCD’s Executive Director and staff. CARCD’s Board meets in person at least twice a year in Sacramento.
