Amy directs the Ag and Water Program at Solano RCD, where she has been planning and implementing a variety of habitat restoration and healthy soils projects since 2008. She loves working in this culturally, geographically and agriculturally diverse area, and working with farmers and ranchers to get multi-benefit projects in the ground. She holds a BA in Biology from UC Santa Cruz and an MS in Agricultural Ecology from UC Davis, and is a Certified Crop Advisor. She and her family own and operate Kingfisher Farm in their spare time, where they can often be found snuggling lambs and milking goats.
