About CARCD

CARCD supports and provides a resource across California, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Providing environmental advocacy & legislative awareness, education, outreach media, and technical support to its members. Resource Conservation Districts (RCDs) are working to conserve land, water, forests, wildlife , watershed awareness and other resources for the benefit of us all. Overall, there are 103 RCDs in the state of California.
