This page contains supplementary materials, documents and forms may serve as templates for RCDs throughout the state for a variety of daily management situations. The contents at this site are a collaborative effort and added document submissions are welcome.
A great deal of time over the years has been expended obtaining or creating the proper documents and legal advice necessary to successfully manage grants and projects. It is our hope that this information is found useful to fellow RCDs and that it prevents the duplication of many already existing materials.
Please note that these are documents that have been developed and used based on situational experiences and need. Some legal review has been done but we recommend that relevant documents be reviewed by your own legal counsel.
